	Barwis Construction LLC is a land development / site-work contractor located in Berks County, PA. We were founded in January of 2004 on the premise of safely delivering only the highest of quality projects, completed on time, and within budget. We offer full service land development packages for commercial, government, subdivisions, PENNDOT, and residential projects. We have completed projects ranging from a few thousand dollars through several million dollars. Barwis Construction is unique to our field in that every project no matter how large or small receives the same attention to detail. Because we are a small business, every level of management plays a hands-on role in carrying out construction projects & your project means as much to us as it does to you! It is not our intention to be one of the largest site contractors; however, we are one of the best. It is our intention to adequately staff every job with enough equipment and experienced manpower to complete the job as quickly, safely, & efficiently as possible. We understand that time is money, and we will not under staff a job because of commitments to other customers. We have some of the most highly skilled people in the industry working on our team. We believe in hiring only the most intelligent, honest, and skilled prospects that hold similar values and work ethics as those that founded the company. We recognize that our field employees are the backbone of our business, and therefore believe in maintaining open communication lines and a positive working environment where learning & training are highly encouraged.
